Guys, I expected 3-4 Weeks to get the ball rollin, another 4-6 weeks to get some traction, and another 4-6 weeks to get some type of movement of Jobs and Referrals….. Absolutely not! Within the first 2 weeks, they were “at bat” with their Zoom Meeting (recorded and all)…. Following week, we got Tee’d up for 2 LNL’s. Within 3 weeks of that Sorcery, they were able to work within our Availability and Personnel Schedules... Landing 2-4 LNL’s per week for several weeks now. We continue to follow-up on the ones that don’t pick-up calls and respond to emails. With persistence, we will paint a little Green and Orange each little step of the way. The engagement from our COI’s is unbelievable with this method, the POST COVID world requires us Owners to adapt and change...
